A. Navigate to our ‘let’s plan it’s option and fill out our enquiry form to the best of your ability.  Once you have sent that through, one of our travel experts will be in touch with the first draft of your itinerary as soon as possible.


Q. Are there any fee’s when requesting an itinerary?

A. Absolutely NOT!  Our travel experts will design your itinerary FREE OF CHARGE.  You will receive DISCOUNTS on bookings from our suggested activities and receive full refunds on any cancellations.


Q. Do I pay extra to use Planit Bnb?

A. Absolutely not!  You pay the same as you would if you went direct to the tour operators and will receive up to 5% off your final itinerary!  Although in addition to this, our experts can keep you up to date with the very best discounts and combo deals available to save you money.


Q. How do I receive my itinerary?

A. Our travel experts will work with you to design you the very best itinerary specific to you/your group.  You can view it online and change any part until you are delighted.  Once finalised, you will receive your login details to view it via our associated app and stay in contact with us throughout your stay.


Q. How do I pay for the things I want to do?

A. When you are 100% happy with your Itinerary.  Our travel experts will do a final check to see if the tours and excursions you have selected are still available and then send over a secure payment link.


Q. What is the benefit of using your service?

A. A. When using our service, our travel experts are always on hand throughout to assist you.  You can constantly contact us through our associated app for any questions or queries that you may have.


Q. What happens if my trip is cancelled due to a COVID outbreak?

A. Not to worry, this is a strange time, and we are here to take the stress away, which includes refunding itineraries due to cancellations.  If your trip is unfortunately cancelled or delayed due to COVID, we will work with you to reschedule your itinerary or refund the entirety of your booking.
